Bidenko Aviation Safety and Training Associates LLC was founded with a clear mission: to strengthen the safety infrastructure of U.S. aviation by bringing real-world operational expertise to flight schools, air carriers, and aviation organizations.
Our founder brings extensive FAA Part 121 experience operating heavy cargo aircraft, including Boeing 767 operations in support of the Civil Reserve Air Fleet (CRAF) program. This background provides a unique perspective on safety that goes beyond compliance checklists and into the systemic thinking that prevents incidents before they happen.
We combine hands-on flight operations knowledge with a deep understanding of Safety Management Systems (SMS), Crew Resource Management (CRM), and Human Factors principles to deliver practical, evidence-based solutions.
